Soraya Güell es una artista española, nacida en Girona en 1985. Ella empezó a pintar en el 2008 cuando la realidad social le llevó a tener tiempo libre. Decidió comenzar a dibujar, empezando por sus familiares y amigos, luego los colores se le hicieron necesarios y poco a poco nacieron algunos paisajes e interiores con naturalezas muertas.
Actualmente está trabajando en un proyecto nuevo, cuyos trabajos reflejan el boceto de un mundo atractivo y emocionante en el que perderse. Un modo optimista de concebir cómo nos gustaría que fuera el mundo y las cosas. Escenas idóneas, pero prácticamente inviables o de difícil puesta en práctica.
Denominan la idea, ideación o representación de una civilización ideal, fantástica, imaginaria e irrealizable, paralela o alternativa al mundo actual.
Trata de jugar a unir el presente real continuo y el futuro ilógico a través de los reflejos con un toque de humor surrealista.
